Yoshi’s Crafted World looks precious

SO CUTE!

Turns out that leak about Yoshi’s Crafted World wasn’t wrong. The game was re-announced as just that with a new release window: Spring 2019! Along with just being adorable, the game will have a co-op mode and feature world flipping and perspective swapping abilities. That last part also comes in with a time attack mode that has you running through each level backward.

While I’m not sure if leaning so heavily on the established Yoshi formula is good or not, I can’t say I’m not in love with the visual style. Papercraft in HD just looks so wonderful.
