The Black Friday Creep is upon us once again. Every year, retailers try to move the goalposts for when the year’s biggest shopping day begins. Xbox, bold as ever, has decided it’s bumping the event up an entire week.
We have this new video from Xbox that promotes its Black Friday happenings. More than 150 games will be on sale at discounts from 40 to 60 percent. Titles like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Gears of War Ultimate Edition, and Batman: Arkham Knight (the version that works!) are heavily featured. A full list of games is likely coming in the very near future.
Black Friday falls on November 27 this year. But, Xbox Live Gold subscribers get access to the sale on November 20. Silver members have to wait until November 24. It’s unclear whether Silver accounts get the same discounts as Gold. Regardless, everyone gets the life discount of not getting trampled by a cavalcade of soccer moms looking to save two dollars on laundry detergent.
