The Microsoft digital-only push continues. During today’s Xbox Games Showcase, Microsoft unveiled a new line-up of Xbox Series X|S consoles, two of which are all-digital, and one special edition console with a disc drive. The three new consoles are set to release this holiday 2024 season.
Oddly enough, the two all-digital consoles have a smaller SSD than the one that comes with a disc drive. However, that one is the special edition at a higher price point, which helps make a bit of sense out of it. Even still, you would think the all-digital consoles would benefit from a bigger drive.
Here are all three new Xbox Series X|S consoles coming Holiday 2024:

Robot White Xbox Series S
- All-digital
- 1TB SSD
- $349.99

Robot White Xbox Series X
- All-digital
- 1TB SSD
- $449.99

Special Edition Galaxy Black Xbox Series X
- Includes disc drive.
- 2TB SSD
- Special Galaxy Black D-pad and Velocity Green back case
- $599.99
Alright, I’m sold. The Galaxy Black looks cooler than I had even imagined and officially signals my time to finally get an Xbox Series X.
All three consoles are set to release in Holiday 2024.
