In Persona 3 Reload, some Social Links are more difficult to uncover than others. One prime example of this is Maiko, a little girl who you’ll eventually see around Naganaki Shrine. Talking with her won’t initiate a Social Link, but she will ask for a food that’s round, hot, and soft. This might seem perplexing if you’re unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine, but this snack is fortunately easy to find.
The round, hot, soft food Maiko wants is Takoyaki. To get this, head over to the Iwatodai Strip Mall and look for the Octopia shop on the right side of the bottom floor.
Purchase the Weird Takoyaki, and deliver it to Maiko. She’ll thank you for the snack, but she has one more request for you.
Where to find the mad and bitter drink for Maiko
Naturally, you need a drink to wash down a tasty snack, and Maiko is looking for a fizzy drink. She wants “that one mad and bitter drink,” which may sound familiar to you if you’ve been scouting the vending machines.
To be specific, Maiko is looking for Mad Bull. You can find this in a vending machine at Iwatodai Station, so running that errand will take all of a few minutes.
With the beverage returned to her, Maiko will thank you for your generosity, and you can begin the Social Link for the Hanged Man arcana. You’ll find Maiko at the shrine on days she’s available!
