The best location to farm garden gnomes is The General’s Steakhouse. Behind the restaurant is a garden area that contains eight garden gnomes. There are only a few insects to dispose of, making this location the fastest and easiest location to farm via world-hopping.

Besides the daily and weekly quests to acquire garden gnomes mentioned above, the gnomes can also contribute toward the “scrap items into concrete” quest. Garden gnomes scrap into 1 ceramic and 3 concrete, so I typically go out and scoop up the gnomes from The General’s Steakhouse since 24 concrete more than satisfies the amount needed for the seasonal challenge.
