Warzone has a storied history of “pay to win” weapons and skins that have dominated the meta, and YouTuber and expert JoeWo thinks he’s discovered the latest in that long line of annoyingly good guns.
If you’ve purchased the Season 4 Battle Pass, you may have noticed the Poisoned Caress BlackCell blueprint for the AMR9. While it may not look like anything too special to begin with, this special version of the SMG comes with one very specific upgrade: The iron sights.
“It makes the iron sights absolutely broken,” the YouTuber explained. “That is the number one problem with the AMR9, [they’re] probably the worst in Call of Duty history if you don’t have this blueprint. They’re absolutely horrible.”
With the blueprint attached, however, JoeWo says the changed iron sights are “some of the cleanest we have for any SMG.” You can take a look at the video below, timestamped to 29:31, to compare.
If this sounds like your cup of tea, then JoeWo also dropped the meta loadout for the gun right now, so you can put together the best class to make the most of the newly improved sights. The blueprint can be found in Sector 11 of the Battle Pass.
- Muzzle: ZEHM35 Compensated Flash Hider
- Underbarrel: XRK Edge BW-4 Handstop
- Stock: JAK Cut Throat
- Rear Grip: Phantom Grip
- Magazine: 50 Round Mag
While this definitely has a big advantage over the regular version of the gun, the good news is that it isn’t super overpowered like other “pay-to-win” items in the past. Who can forget the notorious Roze skin that blended into the shadows, or the Gaia skin which was almost impossible to see at times? Let’s pray we never see anything like that ever again.
