After a long drought, Nintendo delivered with an extra-pleasant Direct showcase.
Today’s Nintendo Direct focused on Switch games slated for release this year, and if you’ve been preparing for a slow summer, you might have some budget adjustments ahead of you. We caught glimpses of Super Mario Maker 2, Platinum’s Astral Chain, a battle royale take on Tetris, numerous ports including Rune Factory 4 and 5, and the biggest head-turner of all: a lovely Link’s Awakening remake.
