There’s no such thing as safety in numbers in PUBG

I keep getting us killed

The D-Team formed three weeks ago. It feels like we’ve been playing together for much longer, though. Jordan, Brett, Steven, and I have been through a lot as we try for our second Chicken Dinner in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. We’ve battled a bunch of different teams (and lost most of those fights), scampered around the map (crashing plenty of cars in the process), and made dozens of dumb mistakes along the way.

After watching today’s D-Team video, I think most of the mistakes are mine. I tend to lead my fellow Dtoid editors into almost certain death at an alarming rate. The recipe to a PUBG chicken dinner is a well-oiled quad, not a leader (I name myself the D-Team’s unofficial leader as of this post) who would rather drive into gunfire than sit and wait patiently.

Though short, there’s plenty of great moments in today’s video. It’s shot from Jordan’s perspective, which means that you’ll have to deal with two key things: minor technical issues from a sensitive mouse and the near-crippling anxiety that comes from watching someone who refuses to play PUBG without a helmet for extra protection.

If this is your first time watching the D-Team in action, be sure to check out our new Dtoid Fight channel and follow the Twitter account for updates, shorter videos, and shitposts.
