I’ve only heard of about three of them
When it’s not being an absurdly long name that’s a pain in the arse to type, Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax Ignition is the updated version of Sony and Dengeki Bunko’s crossover fighting game. It released in Arcades earlier this year, and we’ve known about the console release for a while now, but why not have a big ol’ trailer showing off the cast anyway?
While most of them we’ve seen before, Ignition also introduces four new playable characters and six new assists. Brace yourselves, we’ve got two big lists incoming:
The new playable characters are:
- Emi Yusa from The Devil is a Part-Timer!
- Kuroko Shirai from A Certain Magical Index and A Certain Scientific Railgun
- Quenser Barbotage from Heavy Object
- Tatsuya Shiba from The Irregular at Magic High School.
The new assists are:
- Floretia Capistrano from Heavy Object
- Iriya Kana from Iriya no Sora, UFO no Natsu
- Kazari Uiharu from Magical Index and Scientific Railgun
- Miyuka Shiba from The Irregular at Magic High School
- Tomo Asama from Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere
- Zero from Zero kara Hajimeru Mahō no Sho
Blimey that’s a lot of names. I’d like to take this opportunity to complain that there isn’t a single Baccano! character in the game anywhere. There’s Durarara, but no Baccano!?! I want to play as Ladd Russo dangit!
Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax Ignition is coming to PS3, PS4 and PS Vita on December 17 in Japan, with no confirmed release dates for Europe or North America just yet.
