Well, here’s a peculiar and seemingly out-of-nowhere development. Tencent has announced Red Alert Online, an upcoming mobile adaptation of the Command and Conquer: Red Alert series.
This is just a cinematic trailer, but the game’s official site has some screenshots (which look exactly like you’d expect them to). Yuri’s up there in the key art, and Tanya makes an appearance as well.
So yeah, this exists. It would be nice to see someone make better use of the IP for fans.
