Super Meat Boy hits PS4 and Vita next month

Slated for October 6

After nearly five years of exclusivity on the Xbox and PC platforms, the modern classic Super Meat Boy is headed to PS4 and Vita next month. According to this official game listing, it will arrive on October 6. It seems as if most, if not all, previous content will be available.

If you haven’t played Super Meat Boy yet, next month is the perfect time to do so. It’s one of my favorite platformers in years, and has a delightfully old school spin to it — not just in terms of the difficulty, but the little touches and secrets are a blast.

Remember, the game is free for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
