In Suddenly the Rain Stops, the new Genshin Impact web event, players can earn some last-minute Primogems for Neuvillette’s banner! Here’s how you can complete the event and earn all rewards in less than five minutes.
The web event can be found on its official webpage. Make sure you’re logged in with the correct account. The event lasts until September 27, so you have until then to get through it and earn your Primogems.
Select the correct sequence of events for each incident
You’ll be presented with three incidents in the form of pages on a bulletin board. Follow the tutorial to click on the leftmost one.
For each incident, you’ll have to select two events from the list in the correct order. One of the options is just there to throw you off. Selecting the correct two events in the right order will mark the incident as complete and unlock your rewards. There’s no penalty for getting an answer wrong in Suddenly the Rain Stops; in fact, you’ll be treated to a little easter egg in the form of a bonus chibi image.
You’ll have to share the event page to unlock the second incident. Just click Share Event and select the yellow chain-link icon to copy the link to the webpage. You don’t actually have to paste the link or share it anywhere.
The third incident requires you to watch Neuvillette’s character teaser trailer. Just click Watch Teaser to open the YouTube page. You don’t actually have to watch the entire trailer, so you can just close it right away.

Rewards
Suddenly the Rain Stops grants a total of 40 Primogems, 3 Varunada Lazurite Fragments, 20,000 Mora, and 2 Mystic Enhancement Ore. These will be delivered via in-game mail to the account you’ve signed in with. Remember to log in and claim them before they expire!
