And believe me, I will
There isn’t any decent karaoke where I live and I’m not in San Francisco or New York, so I turn to games like SingStar for my singing fix. SingStar is coming to PS4 in a big way later this year, and I couldn’t be more excited. Both PS3 and PS4 owners will be able to download a free SingStar app that will allow you to use your own smartphone as a microphone. Good, because I have far too many SingStar mics and I can’t find any of them.
The app will work with both PS3 and PS4 versions of SingStar and will allow you to create your own playlists as well as share your best moments via Twitter and Facebook to earn XP and receive rewards for doing well. You can also post clips with your own horrible singing. I really want to sing “Go With The Flow” and hurt the ears of everyone who dares to troll my Twitter feed.
That’s all the details there are for now, but any new SingStar is excellent, especially since karaoke seems to be all but fading away when it comes to consoles. I just wanna sing, guys. Is that too much to ask? I can’t wait for this new app.
