There’s always a huge crowd in The Behemoth’s booth here at Comic-Con 2011. They’re all there to play the massive BattleBlock Theater arcade cabinets. The cabs feature HD screens, joysticks and buttons, but there’s an Xbox 360 in their innards powering this game. You should see how huge these things are! I’m sure it took a forklift to move even one around.

Attendees are digging BattleBlock Theater, which is a blend of platformer and cooperative puzzle play. Even with the difficulty that some of these puzzle sections provide, fans aren’t scared off easily. In fact, those that walk up and play don’t step away with out spending a fair bit of time with the title.

This game is brutal with its many platforming challenges, but teaming up to clear a stage is very rewarding. You’ll see high fives and back pats at The Behemoth’s booth this weekend.

Also at the Behemoth booth this weekend: A double-wide Castle Crashers 4P cabinet!
