Last year, it was announced that Ukranian studio GSC was closing and that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 had been canceled. This week, it turns out that the long-awaited radioactive survival FPS is back on the menu!
“The Stalker team is extremely happy!”, says the Stalker Facebook page. “Why? Because we are continuing work on Stalker 2 after the holidays.”
That’s great news. There really isn’t another game quite like S.T.A.L.K.E.R on the market, so I’m beyond pleased that the team is getting another crack of the whip. I can go back to looking forward to it now.
