After a successful round of funding from Kickstarter, Studio Bento has come out with a teaser trailer for its documentary about independent game developers, GameLoading: Rise of the Indies.

To date, filming has covered the usual hotspots like PAX Prime, Fantastic Arcade, IndieCade, and GameCity, and interviews with the developers behind Thomas Was Alone, Dwarf Fortress, Gone Home, The Stanley Parable, Ridiculous Fishing, and others.

Filmmakers  Lester Francois and Anna Brady have also set up a site for those wanting to support the documentary through post-Kickstarter crowdfunding. The minimum tier, $25, includes the film, its soundtrack, and a bunch of games from the designers featured in Rise of the Indies.
