Rayman Origins for Vita is this week’s PS Plus bonus

And Europe shows us how it’s done

As a person whose heart isn’t made of pure ice, I’m quite fond of Rayman Origins. It would have been a real treat for the newly-released Rayman Legends to be offered in the PlayStation Plus’ Instant Game Collection, but it’s the former title North American subscribers are getting — for PS Vita, that is. Yeah. I suppose this is a version that less of us currently own, and that’s something. I’m now remembering how much I enjoyed the side-scrolling shooter levels. So good.

Moving onto discounts, there’s some better news. Lone Survivor: The Director’s Cut is $11.69 as a Cross-Buy Vita and PS3 title for Plus members, in addition to Limbo (also Cross-Buy) which is marked down to $11.99. Worms Revolution should also get a shout out — it’s down to $7.50 and resident Worms correspondent Fraser Brown says the game is excellent.

As a reminder, this is also the week when European PS Plus members get a bunch of rad games, including: Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen, Far Cry 3, and Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams.
