Each year, October 23 is deemed Fallout Day, and this time around, Bethesda is celebrating in style. To kick off celebrations, the developer has made its multiplayer prequel free-to-play for a limited time.

Fallout 76 goes free-to-play until October 29
You’ve got until October 29 to try Fallout 76 for free across Xbox, PlayStation, and PC, after which it will become pay-to-play again. This should be plenty of time for you to decide whether Bethesda’s multiplayer open world is for you.
Throughout Fallout 76‘s free-to-play period, the game is available at a steep 75% discount on all platforms, bringing it down to just $9.99. If you’ve sat on the fence about trying Fallout 76 over the last few years, now’s a great time to take the plunge.
