Hop, skip, and a few crazy jumps

Within a week of release, Prey has become the year’s hottest speed-game.
Earlier this week, Destructoid reported on an impressive, twenty-two minute Prey speedrun. That’s fast. Today, speedrunner Bjurnie holds the Prey world record, clocking in at nine minutes and fifty-five seconds. That’s faster than my brain can comprehend.
As you might expect, there’s a series of absurd movements required to complete Prey so quickly. Bjurnie and other runners use the Gloo Cannon to climb, clip, and generally bend the rules of video game physics to blow through the game faster than it takes to most people to shower.
