Paradise Lost: First Contact now on Kickstarter

Xenobotanical stealth Metroidvania

Last week we got our first look at the stylish stealth game Paradise Lost: First Contact. It was up on Steam Greenlight as a concept, with a Kickstarter campaign planned for the near future. That future is here: the campaign has officially begun and is off to a good start, making nearly a quarter of its $70,000 goal in its first two days.

The stretch goals for Paradise Lost are fairly standard, with Sony platforms to be added should the funding level top $200,000 and a Wii U version made available at $250,000. More interesting are the bonus chapters set to tell the backstory of the extraterrestrial protagonist plant and one of the ancillary characters.

Lastly, the title has moved on Greenlight from concepts to the main game section. If you put in a vote on its old page, you may have to hit the new one.
