Those eagerly anticipating the upcoming remake of Sega Saturn classic Panzer Dragoon might be pleased to hear that there is a physical edition of the fantasy shooter in the works. The news was tweeted out by the remake’s publisher, Forever Entertainment, then retweeted by Limited Run Games, which may suggest the latter’s involvement in said physical edition.

Panzer Dragoon: Remake, which was first announced back in December 2018, will recapture the rail-shooter action of the classic Sega Saturn release, offering lush new visuals and sound while retaining the view-switching, lock-on shooting action of the original game. It will be followed up with a remake of 1996’s Panzer Dragoon Zwei at a later date.

Panzer Dragoon: Remake launches on Nintendo Switch this winter.
