Consoles live and die by their games. It’s as simple as that. Naturally, the biggest question regarding the Ouya’s impending launch is whether there will be enough quality software to justify the $99 price point. Enter Kill Screen and the Create game jam. Designed to give things on that front a push in the right direction, Create managed to generate more than 150 games for the Android-based console in just ten days.

Sure, they won’t all turn out to be winners, but there’s sure to be some gems hidden amongst the masses. To help do just that Kill Screen has released a full list of the entries and will whittle that list down to a number of finalists on February 11 before announcing the winners on February 18.

The contest is judged by a high profile panel that includes the likes of Felicia Day, Phil Fish, Adam Saltsman, and Austin Wintory. While all finalists will receive a dev console, five developers will walk away with $5,000 with an additional $1,000 incentive to release their game on Ouya when the time comes. The grand prize pays out to $20,000, plus a similar $5,000 for bonus at launch.

If you’re interested in helping the judges determine a winner, head over to the list and check out the games. Community support plays a role in the decision making process, so make sure to like (YouTube, Facebook) and tweet about your favorites.
