Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has scheduled the PlayStation Vita version of Mortal Kombat for May 1 in North America and May 4 in Europe. As you might recall, the main selling points are the inclusion of characters sold as DLC on consoles, touch-screen functionality, and a second Challenge Tower.
No matter where you play Mortal Kombat, I’d suggest doing so at some point. I was nothing more than a casual fan of the series going in, but the story mode was remarkably well done to the point where it’s worth recommending the game for that aspect alone. I had forgotten how truly absurd the fiction is.
