How to score points during the Varsity Victors tournament

You’ll gain points during Monopoly GO’s Varsity Victors tournament by landing on railroad tiles. Every railroad spot initiates a Landmark Shutdown or Bank Heist minigame with all kinds of different outcomes, with each point value listed below:

  • Shutdown – Blocked: Two points
  • Shutdown – Success: Four points
  • Bank Heist – Small: Four points
  • Bank Heist – Large: Six points
  • Bank Heist – Bankrupt: Eight points

Compared to the thousands of points you need to finish every reward milestone, two to eight points doesn’t sound like much. The secret to completing the tournament in 24 hours is increasing your dice multiplier, allowing you to gain more points while spending extra dice per roll. You can also use power-ups like Mega Heist to unlock new outcome options that reward more points.
