Miyamoto’s animated Pikmin shorts on sale, Pikmin 3 gets demo

For Wii U and 3DS

Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto has been working on little, animated Pikmin shorts instead of making games. Good for him. I want him to make wine next. Coppola did it. 

Pikmin Short Movies goes on sale after this Nintendo Direct for $4.99 on both the Wii U and 3DS. The latter is presented in 3D, as it aired originally in Japan, while the Wii U has the benefit of it actually looking nice, because it’s HD. 

Pikmin 3 is also getting a demo, which will let you transfer any accrued data and experience into the full game, should you choose to buy it. A bit late, but why not? Could win over some new, Smash-inspired Wii U owners.
