This is what it sounds like when the doves cry
Devolver Digital recently took to Twitter to announce that Mediatonic’s remake of PigeoNation Inc’s interactive visual novel Hatoful Boyfriend will unfortunately be delayed until September 4 to allow for a bit of last-minute preening.
For those of you still unfamiliar with the title, Hatoful Boyfriend is a text-based interactive visual novel that takes place in an alternate version of Earth in which sapient birds are commonplace, and follows the only human student attending St. PigeoNation’s Institute: an elite school for intelligent birds.
Currently, Steam and the Humble store are offering a 10% discount for pre-ordering the title, if Hatoful seems like it might be your sort of thing.
For those of you who can’t bear the wait any longer, you can still pick up the original game’s demo like I did from the official Hatoful site. The English patch can be found here.
