Lindsay Lohan allegedly suing Rockstar Games over GTA V

Claims likeness was used without permission in GTA V

You know it’s a slow news weekend when I’m reporting on findings from celebrity news website TMZ, but alas here we go.

According to reports from the site, former Disney debutant Lindsay Lohan is suing Rockstar Games over, what she is claiming, is the use of her likeness throughout Grand Theft Auto V. Sources told TMZ that Lohan’s lawyers are crafting a lawsuit demanding to be paid some serious money.

TMZ has compiled a few scenarios in the game that could, at best, resemble Lohan’s lifestyle, but in my opinion they should fall under parody laws. Then again I’m not a lawyer.

So what does everyone else think? Is this a desperate cash grab from a fallen star, or does she actually have a decent case on her hands?
