Jinx joins 2XKO roster with her explosive moveset

She will be great at zoning enemies in this game.

Boom! Coinciding with the release of Arcane Season 2 on Netflix, Epic Games announced on Monday that Jinx will join the 2XKO roster in 2025. She’ll be available to play in a future playtest next year.

A new 2XKO trailer has dropped, showing brief snippets of the explosive character in-game. The 2v2 fighting game has her using a mini-gun to take out her opponents, in addition to several guns and bombs at her disposal.

“With an arsenal of custom guns, traps, and explosives, Jinx unleashes mayhem wherever she goes,” explains the 2XKO website. “She excels at zoning enemies, overwhelming them with colorful destruction from afar.”

You’ll be able to try out Jinx and other League of Legends characters like Ekko in the upcoming playtest. You can sign up for it on the game’s official website.

So far, all of the confirmed 2XKO fighters include the following:

  • Jinx
  • Braum
  • Illaoi
  • Yasuo
  • Ahri
  • Ekko
  • Darius

This will likely be the last news update we’ll receive for 2XKO this year. “This is our last check-in before Riot goes on holiday break at the end of this year,” said Riot Games in a blog post. “In the meantime, the team will be hard at work to bring you a more polished version of the game.”

We’ll receive more info on Spring 2025’s playtest, the game’s new features and how to participate next year. This is likely going to be one of the most anticipated fighting games of 2025, which is when it launches on consoles and PC. You can now watch the first episode of Arcane Season 2 on Netflix while you wait.
