Compile Heart have a released a fairly straightforward, detail-free statement that comical RPG Hyperdimension Neptunia is to see a re-release on PS4.
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re:Birth 1 Plus will be the second re-release of the original Hyperdimension Neptunia title, which launched on PS3 back in 2010. It was later refined as Re:Birth 1, launching in 2014 on PS Vita and 2015 on PC.
No further details were forthcoming on what additions will be made for Re:Birth 1 Plus, but the game is scheduled for launch in Japan this Spring. Hopefully, along with a Western release, we’ll see tweaks to bring the game’s engine up to speed with some of the series’ more recent titles.
