Loot valuable chests and avoid enemies at all costs

Fortnite Grim Gate Underworld Chest

Fortnite’s weekly quests ask you to complete numerous tasks of various difficulty levels, from emoting during your matches to finding specific chests. During your sixth week, one of your objectives is to search an Underworld Chest at Grim Gate and leave without taking damage, which is easier said than done.

Searching for an Underworld Chest in Grim Gate requires gliding down to the POI, looking for special ornamental chests, and running out without taking damage. Unlike regular wooden treasure chests, Underworld chests glow brighter, are slightly larger, and have an intimidating appearance. They also drop more valuable loot, often giving epic-grade weapons and various consumables.

The challenging part of this weekly task is escaping Grim Gate without taking damage. Since Grim Gate and The Underworld are large POIs, other players will often come to these spots to pick up loot, get some early eliminations, or challenge Cerberus for the Aspect of Agility. Fortunately, most people will target The Underworld, giving you solid opportunities to run in and out of Grim Gate.

Nonetheless, you may still encounter others here. Your goal is to quickly run in, find an Underworld Chest, and leave as soon as possible to avoid conflict. That way, you’ll take zero damage and escape, completing the weekly quest. If you’re lucky like I was while finishing this task, you may find an Airbending scroll on the floor, allowing you to quickly escape using air wheel and air jump.
