How to power vehicles in Lego Fortnite

Step One: Craft 50 Biomass

You will need some Biomass to forge the power source needed for vehicles, the Power Cell. This step requires you to have a Recycler, and then add some specific resources to create the Biomass. Here are all the resources you can use to create Biomass:

  • Slurp Juice – 1 Biomass
  • Food – 1 Biomass
  • Bones – 2 Biomass

As you can see, Bones are the best source of Biomass making it the most efficient fuel source. Bones are easy to get and are obtained by killing any enemy including Wolves. The extra Biomass you get from using Bones over Slurp Juice and Food makes it the best way to get lots of Biomass by far. If you’re using just Bones, you will need 25 Bones to create the 50 Biomass required to power your vehicle.

Step Two: Craft 6 Glass

Next, head to a sandy desert biome and use a shovel to harvest some sand. It takes 2 Sand for each Glass you make, so for this specific goal you will need 12 Sand. Go to your Metal Smelter and you can craft 1 Glass using the following materials:

  • 1 Brightcore
  • 2 Sand

So with 6 Brightcore’s and 12 Sand you will make 6 Glass which is the second ingredient needed to forge your power source.

Step Three: Craft a Power Cell

Now it’s time to take your 50 Biomass and 6 Glass and head to a Crafting Bench. Using the two resources will craft a single Power Cell, which serves as the power source for your vehicles! Put the Power Cell in your vehicle’s Power Center and it will provide it the power it needs to operate!
