The Rift in Time DLC adds a lot of new recipes which can be cooked in Disney Dreamlight Valley, and many of them are worth making. One of these, Bulgur Salad, could be enough to make any vegetable-phobe eat their veggies.
Bulgur Salad is a 5-star appetizer which can be made using ingredients entirely found in the Valley itself. Despite this, you cannot cook it unless you own the Rift in Time DLC. Here’s how to get all of the ingredients, and why it’s worth making.

Is Bulgur Salad worth making in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Bulgur Salad sells for at least 396 Star Coins at any of Goofy’s Stall, making it a good meal to sell for profit, especially if you grow the ingredients yourself. When consumed, you’ll get at least 910 energy, making it useful if you want to keep doing duties or move around the Valley faster on your glider.
The meal can also be requested by any villager as a favorite gift, and also within the confines of Chez Remy if a villager is eating there.
If you want to use Bulgur Salad as a decoration on any table, you can drop it from within your inventory and then enter the Furniture menu to place it where you want it to be.
