Fusion…ha!
Fusion is one of those powers where it’s far more useful than you think: even if you don’t actively use it all the time. You’ll gain access to it during the tutorial in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and one of its main strengths is the ability to craft elemental arrows for puzzle-solving. That includes bomb arrows! Here’s how to quickly create a makeshift explosive arrow.
Bomb Flowers, which can be found underground, create bomb arrows
Bomb Flowers are the sole ingredient you need to craft bomb arrows, which are actually fused using the quick-fusion method. Bring out your bow and press up on the d-pad: hover over Bomb Flowers, then let go of said d-pad to knock a bomb arrow. Aim, and let it rip! You can use them for damage, or to blow up rocks that hide story paths and/or secrets (for reference, you can find what those destructible rocks look like above).
Bomb Flowers are more easily located underground, including in-game dungeons and caves. Whenever you see a cave in the game world and you’re low on Bomb Flowers, head in and search for some! They’ll make your life a lot easier if you have them available to blow up rock formations: especially when you’re attempting to enter the main story objective in the Lanaryu region.
