If you want a boost to your carry capacity, then upgrading Midhaven should be your primary objective. Midhaven is located on the mainland of Aghasba, so before you even attempt to do this, you’ll need to have completed the main objectives of Amani Island. Specifically, once you’ve built the Lutoro Bridge that leads from the island to the mainland, you can begin the process of upgrading Midhaven. Upon successfully doing so, you’ll receive additional inventory slots as a reward.

Follow the main objectives given to you when after repairing the Lutoro Bridge to minimally restore Midhaven. These objectives involve destroying much of the debris in the area around Midhaven, finding the Forest God, and restoring Ecosystems. After you’ve completed these preliminary objectives, you’ll be given the ability to Upgrade Midhaven by gathering the required materials. Like with upgrading Ecosystems, upgrading Midhaven is done through Tiers, with each Tier requiring more resources than the last.
