Assassin’s Creed Mirage throws you onto the streets of Baghdad where you’ll have to pickpocket, creep, and disguise your way out of danger. To help you explore this vast land, there are a few mounts available including horses and camels.
Baghdad has plenty of streams and waterways, and camels won’t do you any good there. Fortunately, there are boats you can use to get around. Don’t own one? Not a problem, as Basim’s never had a problem treating himself to items that aren’t his.
With this guide, you’ll learn how to easily hijack a boat in Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
Hijacking boats in Assassin’s Creed Mirage
To score a boat in AC Mirage, you’ll need to find one first. As you’d expect, they’re found in waterways. Some are unmanned, but you’ll occasionally find boats that are currently being used. When you find one you’d like to steal, swim to it and climb aboard. On PlayStation, press the triangle button, and you’ll threaten the passengers, forcing them to get off the boat.
After that, the boat is yours to use. Once the boat is in your control, use your left analog stick to steer, hold the circle button to disembark, and press the triangle button when you want to start paddling again.
Committing crimes will sometimes have guards on your case. If you find yourself being pursued, you can evade your enemies through a mixture of smart stealth and occasional combat.
