How To Get the Unremarkable Teacup in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: The Teal Mask

A rather easy treasure hunt ...

In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, some evolutions aren’t achieved as easily as others. No — while some ‘mons can be evolved by keeping them in your party and battling with them, there are some that require an added touch. To be frank, these evolutions require a certain item to be involved, whether that means the Pokemon needs to be holding the item, or the item simply needs to be applied to the Pokemon.

In the main game, two such items were the Cracked Pot and the Chipped Pot. Either can be used to evolve Sinistea into Polteageist, depending on various factors. In the DLC, Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: The Teal Mask, however, we’re back in the antiquities game as there’s a third item to keep on your radar: The Unremarkable Teacup, which can help you evolve the Kitakami variant of Polteageist, Polchageist, into its next form, which is … interestingly enough, Sinistcha. But, where is the Unremarkable Teacup?

Where is the Unremarkable Teacup in The Teal Mask?

It is really quite easy to locate the Unremarkable Teacup. In fact, you may run into it by accident, as I did. If you travel to the Paradise Barrens, which is in the northwesternmost corner of Kitakami, you’ll find one of the signposts that tell the DLC’s story. You might already have a fast travel point, which makes an easy task even easier. If you don’t, head for the western side of the Paradise Barrens.

If you’re facing the signpost, turn to your right and you should see a cavern. In the very back of the cavern, you’ll find an item, which, when acquired, reveals itself to be the Unremarkable Teacup. See what I mean? Easy peasy lemon squeezy, right? It’s another story entirely if you want the Masterpiece Teacup ….
