Magneto, the masterful manipulator of magnetic fields in Marvel comics, has made his way to Fortnite. Players can earn the Wastelander Magneto Outfit and also the Magneto Style of this outfit by completing the Magneto Quests.
To unlock these quests, you need to purchase the Wrecked Battle Pass in Fortnite. These quests will remain available until the end of the Wrecked Battle Pass on August 15, 2024, at 11 p.m. PT.
Here are all the Page 1 Quests available to complete to earn the Magneto skin:
- Visit the Weapon X Lab – Unlocks the “Knock, Knock, CLANG” Loading Screen.
- Collect Magneto Gauntlets – Unlocks the Magneto’s Grasp Spray.
- Travel 300 units in the air with Magneto Gauntlets equipped – Unlocks the Magnetized Scrap Pickaxe.
- Hit 10 vehicles using Magneto Gauntlets – Unlocks a Wastelander Magneto Banner Icon.
Complete any three of these four Page 1 Quests to unlock the Wastelander Magneto Outfit.
Here are all the Page 2 Quests available:
- Eliminate 5 opponents with Magneto Gauntlets – Unlocks the Crushed GG Emoticon.
- Block 200 hits using Magneto Gauntlets for defence – Unlocks the Magnetic Steps Glider.
- Do 2,000 damage to opponents from one story above or higher – Unlocks the Disassemble Emote.
- Configure 3 Rift Beacons – Unlocks the Magnetism Master Wrap.
Complete any three of these four Page 2 Quests to unlock the Magneto Style of the Wastelander Magneto Outfit.
The Marvel character arrives, not only with new skins to offer in the Wrecked Battle Pass but also with a new item called Magneto Gauntlets.
Magneto Gauntlets can be picked from chests or ground loots in Fortnite, and offer players the ability to deal damage to opponents using metal shards or create a shield of metal shards around them to protect against incoming damage.
