Where to find the Blessing in Disguise in Octopath Traveler 2

The easiest place to grab Blessing in Disguise in Octopath Traveler 2 is in the Seat of the Water Sprite dungeon. In order to find this optional area, look in the Borderfall zone for a cave underneath a water fall. You’ll find the Blessing in Disguise in a red chest here. Check out our dedicated guide for Seat of the Water Sprite here!

This is your one Blessing in Disguise for most of the game, but fortunately there’s a second one waiting for you. Once you’re in The Lost Isle, you’ll traverse a large maze with chests scattered all around it. Among these is, you guess it, a Blessing in Disguise in a red chest. The Lost Isle has a Danger Level of 45 and requires a boat to access, so this won’t be feasibly available to you before the late stages of the game. Can you farm the Blessing in Disguise?

Blessing in Disguise hasn’t been discovered anywhere else. That said, two should be more than enough for your adventure. Many pieces of equipment don’t deduct any stats, and you’ll find other powerful accessories throughout the course of your adventure. Absolutely make sure to grab the two that are available, but you’ll have plenty of other build options for the other six travelers.
