A recent Type Soul update added the highly requested AFK World which requires the new World Ticket item. However, unless you know how to get the World Ticket and how it works, it can be a bit confusing. Here is how to get and use the World Ticket in Type Soul so you can access the AFK World.
How to get World Ticket
As of the June Type Soul Major Update, the only way to get a World Ticket is to purchase one in-game for 1,000 Robux. You can get the World Ticket by logging into any character and hitting the ‘N’ key to open up your inventory options. From here, click the arrow on the right twice to navigate to the Dev Products tab which will list all of the available products from the developer.
From here, scroll down towards the bottom and the third option from the bottom is the World Ticket. It will require 1,000 Robux to purchase, which is equivalent to about $10. Unfortunately, this is the only way to get the World Ticket, and it cannot be acquired for free via any means such as simply playing Type Soul.
What does the World Ticket do?
Once you have a Mythical quality World Ticket item you can access the AFK World for an entire 24-hour period. In order to access the AFK World, you need to go back to the main menu and click AFK World which is the third option on the menu. As long as you have an active World Ticket, this will teleport you into the AFK World.
You can run around the AFK World but there’s nothing to actually do. In fact, the whole point of this area is to keep it up while you go AFK and do something else but still have the opportunity to earn rewards. Here are some of the rewards you can earn while in the AFK World:
- Blue Pills
- Cosmetics
- Essences
- Hogyoku Fragments
- Hollow Boxes
- Red Pills
- True Hogyoku
- Weapon Rerolls
At the moment, rewards from the AFK World actually seem greater and more plentiful than those you would get from actually playing the game and doing boss raids. However, the World Ticket only lasts 24 hours. To make the best use of your ticket, you want to wait until you know you’ll be able to sit AFK in the AFK World for a full 24 hours before you use the ticket.
