Although not a top-tier, the Spectro Rover can be a great addition to a wide array of teams once you acquire their six wavebands and unlock all of their Resonance Sequence nodes, as they will allow them to offer healing, a good deal of damage, and lower the Spectro resistance of enemies on hit.

How to get all Spectro Rover wavebands in Wuthering Waves
The first two Spectro Rover wavebands can be acquired by completing the Chapter I Act III Ominous Star and Chapter I Act IV Clashing Blades main quests. While Ominous Star will be unlocked automatically as you progress, you will need to reach Union Level 11 to unlock Clashing Blades.
Both quests will also reward you with 100x Astrite, 2.000 Union EXP, and a good amount of Shell Credits. You will also get a few level-up materials.
How to get the third Spectro Rover waveband
You can get the third waveband for the Spectro Rover in Wuthering Waves by reaching level 5 on Casket Delivery. To reach the level, you will need to deliver a total of 31 Sonance Caskets to Chempi in Jinzhou. With the exception of the waveband, reaching the fifth level will also reward you with 100x Astrite, 20,000 Shell Credits, and three Premium Resonance Potions and Cores.
How to get the fourth Rover waveband
The fourth waveband for the Spectro Rover can be acquired by completing all tasks part of Milestones Phase 6. You can check out all of the tasks part of the phase below:
- Level up one resonator to level 60
- Upgrade one weapon to level 60
- Level up five echoes to level 20
- Tune a total of 10 echoes.
- Absorb at least 10 4-star echoes
- Reach Casket Delivery Level 4
- Complete five Tacet Suppressions (Claim five Tacet Core rewards)
- Have three resonators with at least two level 3 skills each
- Defeat the Impermanence Heron II Tactical Hologram
- Get six crests in the Tower of Adversity’s Resonant Tower
How to get the final two wavebands for the Spectro Rover
The two final wavebands for the Spectro Rover can be acquired by reaching levels 3 and 5 on Windchimer Delivery. You can reach the levels by delivering a total of 42 windchimes to Xian’ge. The Windchimes can be found only on Mt. Firmament and collected by attacking them from any distance.
You can find Xian’ge in the Windchimer Store. The store will be located by the Resonance Nexus in Hongzhen and will become available after you complete the game’s Act I Chapter VII Thaw of Eons Main Quest Series.
