Now that Nexon’s third-person looter shooter The First Descendant has launched on all platforms, you may want to buy some Caliber in order to buy some Descendants or even skins for your characters. However, some players are experiencing an issue in which the Caliber they purchase is not coming through. Here is how to fix The First Descendant Caliber missing bug that is affecting some players.
How to fix missing Caliber bug
At the time of launch on July 2 for The First Descendant, the distribution of Caliber when purchasing on both console and PC seems to be delayed. This is probably due to the massive amount of players currently playing, and should hopefully be fixed once the servers aren’t being slammed.
If after a bit of a wait, you’re still missing Caliber in The First Descendant, there are a few things you can do to fix it. First, you want to refresh your mailbox. Reload into the Albion hub and then go to the mailbox to ensure it is properly refreshed and updated. Your rewards can be sent via the mailbox depending on your method of buying the Caliber.
In the event you’re still unable to obtain your Caliber, I recommend completely restarting the game. Doing so can refresh your connection and force things such as your mailbox to come through upon loading into the game with a fresh connection.
However, in the event you’ve tried the above fixes and still haven’t received the Caliber your purchase, it’s more than likely just a byproduct of the overloaded servers at the moment. Even though it can be annoying, wait an hour or so and see if you’ve received the Caliber. If not, then it’s time to contact Nexon and see what the hold up may be.
