What is error code 300010 in Diablo 4?

Unfortunately, error code 300010 in Diablo 4 indicates server issues. This is very common right at the start of a season launch or after a server restart or maintenance. This typically happens due to server instability because of the servers getting slammed. Don’t be alarmed, however. Usually this is due to server-side connection issues, and not a result of your own internet connection.

Ways to fix Diablo 4 error code 300010

If the error is indeed triggering due to server issues, there’s not much you can do. It’s up to Blizzard to get the servers stable so that you will be able to properly connect. This typically happens after about 30 minutes to an hour after launch, once the server stabilizes and the login servers aren’t getting swamped. However, there are some rare occasions in which the error code isn’t related to server issues, and can be fixed on your end:

  • Restart Diablo 4 — Sometimes you can fail to properly hook into the authentication servers when the game launches. This happens mostly on consoles. If this is the case, simply restart the game and you should properly connect next time.
  • Make sure you’re on the most recent update — You can easily check this by simply restarting the game. Because Diablo 4 requires a constant internet connection, it’s always checking to make sure you have the latest version of the game. Whether you’re on PC or console, just completely close out of the game and relaunch it to make sure you are on the latest version.
