How to find the Sacred Spring in Disney Dreamlight Valley

This Sacred Spring is surprisingly well-hidden.

Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Storybook Vale expansion has three main biomes you’ll visit, with a few hidden locations accessible throughout the main storyline. Although not marked on your map, the Sacred Spring is a crucial spot during Hades’ friendship questline, as it allows you to clear away the Fiery Plains’ flames.

You’ll find the Sacred Spring in The Elysian Fields. Just below the Fiery Plains, you’ll spot a red circular building on your map with some greenery blocking the cave’s entrance. In the overworld, it’ll appear as massive green vines with pink flowers surrounding it.

However, you won’t be able to access this spot immediately. Opening this secret area requires unlocking the Fiery Plains and starting the A Moth to a Flame quest. During the mission, you’ll be required to complete a Storybook Re-Order puzzle to uncover this area’s location, allowing you to open it and access the Sacred Spring within.

Despite its location in The Elysian Fields rather than the Fiery Plains, you won’t find any options for interacting with the flower-covered vines blocking its entrance if you try to open the Sacred Spring before beginning this quest. In other words, you can find this spot by accident while exploring Elysian Fields and have no way to open it until you unlock the next region.

Although the main purpose of the Sacred Spring is to help you create a Watering Can potion during A Moth to a Flame, you’ll find several Lightning Spice and mussel spawns in this area, too. If you want to cook some delicious Storybook Vale meals and need a few extra ingredients, it’s worth stopping here and grabbing some before exploring the rest of Mythopia.
