Getting the Hunter Lightsaber style
The Gorge’s Secret in Jedi Survivor will be useful if you decide to take on this Koboh Rumor. You’ll get extra Force Essence and The Hunter Lightsaber for your troubles. The path is quite tricky, however, so make sure you have your favored stances, perks, and abilities ready to go.
Here’s how to find the Gorge’s Secret in Jedi Survivor.
Where to get the right Koboh Rumor
Unfortunately, you can’t access Gorge’s Secret in Jedi Survivor without speaking to the right prospector first. After gaining the ability to ride a Nekko, head over to the main hub of Koboh, Rambler’s Reach, and look to the south of town. You’ll see an orange vehicle next to an alien with orange spikes on his head. He also has blue jeans and brown boots.
Speak to him. He will tell you of a place that’s hard to reach, but will likely have resources around it.
Gorge’s Secret Force Essence area
To access the Gorge’s Secret Jedi Survivor location, get yourself to a meditation point and fast-travel over to the Derelict Dam. It’s in the Dredger Gorge section. Once you arrive at your destination, you should see a huge dinosaur-like creature called a “Trontoshell” ahead of you. Run towards it until you’re looking up at the magnificent beast. Now, use your mind control powers to have it lower its head. You can do this by holding the right shoulder button and pressing the square button (X on Xbox).
You’ll notice that one of its tusks has greenery on it. Jump on over and grab hold of this area. It will take you to a new elevated platform. Run forward and you’ll now enter a ravine. First, turn to the left cave. You’ll find a bunch of weak beasts fighting it out. Eliminate all of them. Once they’re out of the picture, find a metal block you can push and pull. It should be glowing in blue.
Push it up the pathway and up the small hill. Position the box under the yellow ledge. Go inside the cavernous area and wall jump to the other side. Go around the corner, and you’ll see a second metallic block. Pull and push it down to the lower area.
Now, you have two metallic blocks, you can reach the other plot of land with the second block and reach the blue crystal-like object up ahead. Use one block as a bridge and push the second cube across it. Finally, have the second block as the platform to reach the extra Force Essence.
Gorge’s Secret Jedi Survivor location
Turn into the right cave and you’ll see there are tracks on the walls to the left. This means you can wall jump off them. Once you’ve passed the first section, you’ll see on your right another wall running area. You’ll find a Priorite Shard waiting at the end of this track.
Keep going down the right path, wall jump, and then grab the rope at the end of the passage with the L2 button (LT). Be ready, however. A nasty beast will leap at you. I found the double-blade lightsaber the best way to go with this mini-boss. It was remarkably easy. Jump to where the beast was, and you’ll see your winged buddy waiting for you. Keep flying over and you’ll see a chest ready to be opened. It will contain the Hunter lightsaber variant, which will go wonderfully with the Hunter outfit. Congrats, padawan. You’ve now found Gorge’s Secret in Jedi Survivor.
