The Tyler County Fairgrounds is relatively close to the starting area of Fallout 76. So, new players might stumble upon the miscellaneous quest to find Jangles without even knowing who or what to look for. Jangles the Moon Monkey is a creepy doll that looks like the toy from 80s horror flick Monkey Shines stuffed in a space suit. Let’s go find him.
Where is Jangles the Moon Monkey at Tyler County Fairgrounds?
In the center of Tyler County Fairgrounds, look for a white building in the shape of a giant Nuka-Cola bottle. Just beyond it, you’ll spot a large red food stand called “Earth to Food.” There will be a green pumpkin on the counter and a petrified corpse behind it. Hop over the counter to find Jangles lying forlorn on the ground beside the ice machine.
The reward for completing “Jangles got lost at the fair – find him!” is 50 Caps and 200 XP, which isn’t bad for a few seconds’ work. While at the Tyler County Fairgrounds, it’s also worth taking a further look around. You’ll find plenty of Fallout 76’s different Teddy Bears gathered here, and there’s also the possibility of a recipe, three Bobbleheads, and three magazines spawning in the area.
What to do with Jangles once he’s been found?
If you’re a collector, Jangles will be a valuable acquisition. Shove him into a display case, alongside the other toys you’ll find scattered around post-apocalyptic Appalachia. If you’ve already got one or two of the Moon Monkey, you can sell your extras to a vendor (he has a value of 9 Caps) or dismantle him for Cloth x3, Fiberglass x1, and Plastic x1.
