BitLife Save a Horse challenge guide

BitLife’s Save a Horse challenge has five tasks to complete:

  • Be born in Texas
  • Become a veterinarian
  • Own an equestrian ranch
  • Buy 5+ horses
  • Hook up with 5+ men

The order of these tasks is especially important during this challenge. Becoming a veterinarian will give you the funds to buy an equestrian ranch required to purchase horses. The last task can happen at any point throughout the playthrough.

Be born in Texas

The first objective of the Save a Horse challenge is to be born in Texas. To do this, pick the United States as your starting country and cities like Austin, Dallas, or Houston as your place. The exact place doesn’t matter as long as it’s somewhere in Texas.

Fortunately, you won’t need any special talents or expansion packs for this challenge. As you age, keep your smarts high and don’t engage in criminal activities. You want a clean record to make the next task easier.

Become a veterinarian

Becoming a veterinarian in BitLife requires studying biology or chemistry at University. You must enroll in one of these four-year programs and obtain a scholarship or student loan. Afterward, you have to graduate from Veterinary School without getting kicked out.

Once you finish Veterinary School, search for the veterinarian role on the full-time job list. From here, it’s just a matter of applying and passing the interview.

Own an equestrian ranch

Equestrian ranches are a type of property in BitLife that you can buy instead of a house. You’ll find these as a potential option near the top of the list in real estate shops. However, they usually range between $500,000 and $1,000,000, so you’ll need a lot of money.

Your best bet is to keep working hard as a veterinarian for a few years until you can afford the mortgage payments for an equestrian ranch. Alternatively, you can pursue side gigs like special career options, family inheritances, or even crime. It doesn’t matter how you get the money, as long as you obtain it somehow.

Once you make a few hundred thousand dollars, scroll through your real estate menu until you see an equestrian ranch. If you don’t see it immediately, close and reopen the BitLife app or age up and recheck the list. Once you spot one, buy it to get an equestrian ranch.

Buy horses

Now that you have an equestrian ranch, it’s time to buy some horses. You’re required to have an equestrian property to own horses. If you don’t have one, the game will grey out the option entirely.

Once you buy an equestrian ranch, head into Activities, Pets, and Horse Ranch. Pick any five options to quickly knock out this task. They’ll each cost around $10,000 to $15,000, so be prepared to fork out a bit of extra money even after the last objective.

Hook up with men

Your last task requires sleeping around with BitLife NPCs. To do this, head into Activities, Love, and Hook Up, and pick any five people you’d like. For the Save a Horse challenge, you don’t have to worry about their looks or the consequences of your actions. As long as you reach five, you’ll finish this final chance and complete the challenge.
