How to complete the Bro Athlete challenge in BitLife

This one might take a while.

Lately, BitLife’s challenges have been full of luck-based tasks requiring several resets. If you struggled with a few past ones due to bad luck, just wait until you see Bro Athlete’s requirements.

So far, this is the third challenge that had me praying for better RNG. Nonetheless, I got through it with a lot of resets and experimenting, and I’m here to give you some ideas for a few particular tasks. Let’s check out the Bro Athlete challenge in BitLife.

BitLife Bro Athlete challenge guide

BitLife’s Bro Athlete challenge has five tasks to complete:

  • Be born a male in Florida
  • Join the investing club
  • Become captain of the wrestling team
  • Read ‘Strong Looks Better Naked’
  • Pick up 5+ lovers at the gym

Although you don’t need any special career packs or expansion packs for the challenge, you’ll have to harness all the luck you can. Having BitLife’s Time Machine can save you a ton of time, especially if you reset your characters multiple times.

That said, you’re likely here to talk about the investing club or wrestling team, as these are by far the hardest tasks. I’ll discuss every objective for the sake of completion, but don’t worry; I’ll give some extra details on strategies for these two.

BitLife’s Bro Athlete challenge starts easy by asking you to be born a male in Florida. To do this, choose male as your starting gender, the United States as your country, and Miami as your city. While you can pick other Floridian cities, this is one of the more well-known ones, and it’s the one I’ll be using for this challenge.

Join the investing club

Alright, here’s where things get fun. You can do this or the wrestling team one simultaneously, but I recommend attempting this one first. The investing club is a school club you can find in secondary school and university, which you’ll spot by heading into School and Activities.

Where’s the issue, then? The investing club is a shockingly rare activity that you’ll likely never encounter during your playthrough unless you’re actively looking for it. While researching for this challenge, I had to use the Time Machine and reset my activity list over 100 times until I saw it. Talk about brutally bad luck.

Fortunately, there are multiple strategies you can use to make this easier:

  • Check your Middle School, High School, and University activity lists. Don’t just stop at one!
  • If you have the Time Machine, use it to your advantage. Don’t be afraid to go back in time and enroll in high school or university to reset your list.
  • If your character is in university, drop out and re-enter before rechecking your list. Even if you do this dozens of times, you won’t have to worry about student loans if you quit before the year is over.
  • Recreate characters if you have to. Sometimes, a quick reset is all you need for some luck.

Aside from this, it’s entirely luck-based. Although there are rumors that investing in stocks using the Investor pack will boost your chances, I personally never experienced this during my experiments. It’s worth trying if you already own the pack, but I wouldn’t rely too much on it. Once you see the investing club in your activity list, join it to complete this task.

Become captain of the wrestling team

Like the investing club, the wrestling team is an activity in middle school, high school, and university. Joining it is the exact same process, which means all the strategies I suggested before also apply.

However, here’s where things change: you need to become captain. Becoming captain requires being in school for three years, so checking your list at the beginning of high school or university is key. Joining as a freshman will give you enough time to practice hard and improve your performance, allowing you to become captain. After practicing every year, the coach will ask you to become team captain, which you’ll accept to complete this objective.

Read ‘Strong Looks Better Naked’

The fourth task of BitLife’s Bro Athlete challenge is to read Strong Looks Better Naked by Khloe Kardashian. Whether you read the actual book is up to you, but for this task, we want BitLife’s version, which you’ll find in the Activities tab. Head to Activities, Mind and Body, and Book before checking the dropdown list for this story. If you don’t see it immediately, close and reopen the box until it appears.

From here, you have two options: flip through each page individually or “watch the movie” instead by watching a quick ad. I’m more of an ad person myself, but it’s up to you which you pick. Either option will complete the challenge’s task.

Pick up 5+ lovers at the gym

The last objective of this challenge is to pick up lovers at the gym. Like each previous task, this is entirely luck-based and occurs randomly as you visit the gym. You can find it through Activities, Mind and Body, and Gym.

Although this is the challenge’s last task, it’s cheaper to complete this before your character turns 18. One visit only costs $20 in-game cash meaning it likely won’t break your bank, but it’s something to keep in mind if your character has yet to reach adulthood.

As your character visits the gym, there’s a chance someone will ask your character out. If this happens, accept the advances and break up with them immediately, repeating this until you date at least five people. After finding your fifth romantic partner, you’ll officially complete the Bro Athlete challenge.
