In College Football 25‘s Dynasty mode, having the ability to change your coordinators allows for greater control over how you manage a school’s program.
In real life, coordinators often shift across different schools—they might get a better offer from somewhere else or get fired due to poor performance. The same applies in Dynasty mode, where you can hire staff who fit better with your preferred system and recruitment style. While you have the utmost freedom to make the required changes, there are a few limitations as well.
How to fire a coordinator in College Football 25 Dynasty mode
Firing your coordinator might not be the first thing on your to-do list in your College Football 25 Dynasty mode, but improving is necessary. You can’t have infinite coordinators, and firing might be the only way to open up space.
Firing (and hiring) coordinators cannot be done whenever you want. The opportunity arises when the Conference Championships are live. The Manage Staff section is on the main screen in Dynasty mode.
- Go to Manage Staff for staff management.
- You’ll find all the coordinators on your book in this section. From here, you can fire any coordinator you want.
How to hire a coordinator in College Football 25 Dynasty mode
Once you have a vacant space in your staff, go to Manage Staff one week after firing one or more of your coordinators. On this screen, you will find all the available coordinators, along with other information like Talent Tree, Pipeline, and familiar Schemes.
Why should you change coordinators in College Football 25 Dynasty mode
All coordinators in the game have their preferential Talent Tree, Pipeline, and Schemes. Unlike the Head Coach, you can’t allocate skill points for a coordinator. The only way to get better staff is to replace the available ones with those who fit into your system.
Also, all coordinators have a fixed pipeline, which can be beneficial during recruitment. However, I have yet to find a coordinator’s pipeline having a telling effect on drafting a prospect.
