Canceling Fortnite Crew is thankfully not too taxing. There are some steps to follow, of course, so let’s get started. We’ll begin with the PC version of the game.
How to cancel on PC
You can cancel your subscription simply via a web browser.
- Navigate to your Epic Games account on the company website and sign in
- Click on ‘Subscriptions’ to the left and then hit the ‘cog’ icon to the right to open your settings
- Press ‘Cancel Subscription’ and follow the on-screen instructions
How to cancel on PlayStation
You can cancel Fortnite Crew on PlayStation easily by navigating to your account on the PlayStation Store website. Here are the steps:
- Go to the PlayStation Store website and sign into your account
- Click on ‘Subscription Management’ and turn off ‘Auto Renew’ on Fortnite Crew

- Go to ‘Settings’ and open up ‘Account Management’

How to cancel on Xbox
Like with PlayStation and PC, the best way to cancel Fortnite Crew on Xbox is to do so via a web browser.
- Go to your Microsoft Account page and sign into your account
- Open the ‘Services & Subscriptions’ option on the left and then hit ‘Manage’ next to ‘Fortnite Crew’
- Click on ‘Turn off recurring billing’ then scroll down and press it again, since you need to tell it twice
How to cancel on Switch
The easiest way to cancel Fortnite Crew on Nintendo Switch is to open up your account page on the Nintendo website.
- Open up the Nintendo website and sign into your account
- Look for the Fortnite Crew subscription, choose ‘Turn Off Automatic Renewal’, and follow the steps
