There was a lot going on at Konami’s gamer night and we’ve told you about most of the really interesting stuff. Now it’s time to fill you in on the “not as interesting, but maybe someone wants to know about it” stuff. In this post’s case that stuff is Frogger Returns for the DSiWare.
Most likely this is a downgraded version of the horrible game that landed on WiiWare and PSN as it too features a new view, 3Dier graphics and new power-ups for the intrepid hopping frog who always seems to find himself on the wrong side of the damn road.
It’s hard to mock Frogger. Yes, releasing a version of the game now seems a bit lame, but if you really think about it having some portable Frogger fun isn’t the worst thing in the world. I just wish it was old school Frogger and not this new crap.
